The maintenance of electric ball valves includes preparation before installation, installation of pneumatic pipeline ball valves, inspection after installation of pneumatic pipeline ball valves, and maintenance of pneumatic pipeline ball valves.

The electric ball valve appears rusty during use. After metallographic structure analysis, dyeing test, heat treatment test, SEM and other experimental analysis, it was found that the key factor in material corrosion is that the carbides along the grain boundaries in the material precipitate to form chromium-depleted valves, gate valves, globe valves, and ball valves, resulting in electric After the ball valve is installed, start the pneumatic pipeline ball valve to open and close several times. The movement should be flexible, the force should be even, and the pneumatic pipeline ball valve should work normally. According to the pipeline pressure design requirements, the sealing performance of the joint surface of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve and the pipeline flange should be tested after the pressure is released.

In order to ensure that the pneumatic pipeline ball valve is installed in a coaxial position, the two flanges on the pipeline should be kept parallel and confirm that the pipeline can bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve. If it is found that the pipeline cannot bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve, provide corresponding supports for the pipeline before installation.

A sealing gasket is installed between the pneumatic pipeline ball valve flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements. The bolts on the flange need to be tightened symmetrically, successively, and evenly. If the pneumatic pipeline ball valve uses pneumatic or electric actuators, complete the installation of the air source and power supply according to the instructions.

In addition, confirm whether there are impurities, welding slag, etc. in the pipeline, and the pipeline must be purged clean.
