Modulating Multi-turn Electric Actuator is an adjustable multi-turn electric actuator, which is widely used in automated piping systems that require precise flow control.

Continuously adjustable control capability
The Modulating Multi-turn Electric Actuator uses analog control signals (such as 4–20mA, 0–10V) and has full-stroke continuous adjustment function through internal servo modules and high-resolution position sensors, meeting the technical requirements for fine flow or pressure adjustment in chemical, HVAC, water treatment and other occasions.

Multiple torque segments
The actuator supports multi-stage output torque, from a minimum of 60Nm to a maximum of 3000Nm, and is suitable for gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and other types of valves with a diameter of DN50–DN800. When purchasing, it can be accurately matched according to the valve opening and closing torque requirements.

Real-time feedback and intelligent diagnosis system
The product has a built-in high-precision encoder, combined with 4–20mA position feedback and communication protocols such as RS485/Modbus, to achieve closed-loop control and remote real-time monitoring. The internal fault self-diagnosis system can record the operating status and alarm codes, such as over-torque, over-temperature, and phase loss, and output warnings through the control panel or remote control system.

Applicable to a variety of harsh environments
The actuator adopts an aluminum alloy die-cast housing, with epoxy anti-corrosion coating on the surface, with IP67 (optional IP68) protection level, suitable for damp heat, dust and corrosive gas places. The operating temperature range is -30℃ to +70℃, and the vibration level complies with the IEC60068-2-6 standard. The whole machine has passed the pressure resistance, insulation and electrical safety tests to ensure stable operation under long-term and high-frequency start-stop.
