1. It still has stable sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. Its special sealing system can ensure high sealing performance in various temperature ranges from ultra-low temperature to ultra-high temperature.
2. The three-dimensional eccentric sealing system and the optimized design make the valve opening resistance small. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is an upwardly convex cone. When opening, all points on the circumferential surface of the butterfly plate are separated from the sealing ring at the same time, and solid objects are not easy to accumulate on the sealing surface. The valve closing process is completed by the elastic pressure of the sealing ring. 3. There is no phase jamming phenomenon between the butterfly plate and the sealing ring.
4. The sealing performance of the valve is not affected by temperature changes.
5. The valve stem shaft diameter seal uses a graphite press-formed sealing ring. In summary, it ensures zero leakage. In addition, the metal seal has zero leakage before, during and after a fire, so it is an intrinsically fire safe type.
