Pneumatic PVDF 3 Way Ball Valve

Simplified flow path
This product adopts a three-way design and provides two internal channel structures: T-type and L-type. The T-type structure can realize one-in-two-out or two-in-one-out functions, and the L-type is suitable for flow direction switching control, supporting fluid diversion, confluence and bypass operations. The three-way structure can replace two or more two-way valves, reducing the use of additional pipes and system pressure loss.

PVDF material
Pneumatic PVDF 3 Way Ball Valve uses PVDF as the material of the valve body and sealing contact parts. Its tensile strength is above 50 MPa and the long-term operating temperature range is from −40°C to +140°C. PVDF has a stable molecular structure and is resistant to a variety of inorganic acids and alkalis and halogen oxidants. Its water absorption rate is less than 0.03%. It still maintains strength and sealing in continuous contact with corrosive media such as concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite or hydrofluoric acid.

Automation
This product is equipped with a pneumatic actuator as standard, and the opening and closing time is usually less than 1 second, which is suitable for industrial automatic control scenarios with frequent operations. The actuator can be used with limit switches, solenoid valves, position feedback devices, etc. It has remote signal response and local linkage functions and is suitable for PLC and DCS system integration.
