Our Team Optimizes Inspection Process For UPVC Plastic Valves To Support Overseas End Users
Leave a message
Our factory team has spent weeks refining the final inspection steps for UPVC union ball valves, metering valves and matching spare seal kits. Before this update, we focused mostly on pressure leakage testing. Now we add extra visual checks for transparent valve bodies and seal surface review. This comes from real feedback shared by our long-term partners. Many installers told us clear UPVC parts need stricter surface inspection, as tiny scratches can show up clearly on transparent materials and cause concerns for their clients.
We also tweaked the packaging process for spare O-ring kits. In past shipments, a small number of seal packs got rubbed during long sea transport. We added separate inner pouches for these small rubber components to avoid scratches and deformation while containers are in transit.
These adjustments do not slow down our normal delivery schedule. Our production and QC teams worked together to fit these extra checks into the existing workflow without extending lead time.
For overseas contractors and chemical dosing system builders, these small improvements mean fewer defective parts once goods reach the project site. We keep listening to real problems our customers meet during installation and maintenance, and make practical upgrades step by step. Our focus stays simple: make plastic flow control parts that hold up well under real site conditions.
