Many field operators still struggle with common drawbacks from conventional three‑way valves, including insufficient chemical resistance, joint seepage and complicated on‑site disassembly. To address those practical site‑side challenges, we have brought a new PPH 3‑Way Union Ball Valve to market, which was first made available as a full product release on September 21.

Constructed from industrial‑grade PPH material, this three‑way union ball valve supports 1.0 MPa rated working pressure, with operating temperature ranging from ‑10℃ up to 80℃. It holds stable performance while handling diluted acid, diluted alkali and various cleaning solutions widely used within soft‑wash jobs. Thanks to union end connections, technicians can take apart the valve on location without cutting existing pipework, simplifying routine inspections and component replacement work.

Fitted with PVDF three‑way ball and PTFE valve seat, the valve maintains consistent sealing even under frequent flow‑path switching. Direction indicators printed on the blue handle allow crews to read fluid paths quickly amid busy site workflows. Standard stock sizes cover DN15(1/2"), DN20(3/4"), DN25(1") and DN40(1‑1/2"), matching most piping layouts for commercial cleaning and water‑treatment installations.

Matching replacement spare‑parts set for this three‑way valve is planned for official launch on September 23. Once released, end‑users will be able to order individual wear‑resistant components instead of replacing the whole valve unit, helping lower long‑term maintenance expenditure. Customised dimensions and special structural parts will also be offered for projects with non‑standard installation requirements.
