Pneumatic Operated 3 Way Valve

Pneumatic Operated 3 Way Valve is a valve driven by a pneumatic actuator and has a three-way flow path structure. It is suitable for fluid pipeline systems that require air source drive and automatic switching control.

● T-Port: In this configuration, the valve can divert flow from the inlet to either of the two outlet ports, allowing for flow selection between two destinations.

● L-Port: This configuration allows flow to be mixed from two sources into a single outlet or directed from the inlet to one of the outlet ports.

● Shut-Off or Isolation: In some cases, one port is closed (isolated) while the valve connects the other two ports. This can be useful for maintenance or system isolation.

One valve for multiple uses
The Pneumatic Operated 3 Way Valve has a three-way interface and can be configured as a T-type or L-type channel structure according to the fluid process requirements, realizing multiple functions such as one-inlet and two-outlet flow diversion, two-inlet and one-outlet mixed flow, or two-end isolation switching, which is suitable for multi-process integrated systems.

High control efficiency
This type of valve is driven by compressed air, and the response time is generally between 0.5 and 2 seconds. It is suitable for systems with high requirements for frequent opening and closing or dynamic adjustment response. The working pressure of the pneumatic actuator is usually 4-7 bar, and the output torque is 50-100 Nm. It has the ability to operate stably under high frequency and high load.

Sealing performance
The product adopts the structural design of UPVC valve body and PTFE valve seat combined with EPDM or FPM sealing ring. It can maintain a leakage rate of less than 0.02 L/min when operating at a rated pressure of 1.0 MPa and an ambient temperature of -10℃ to +60℃.

Long service life
The valve body material is industrial-grade UPVC, which is suitable for conveying corrosive media such as chlorides, acids, and alkalis. The average service life of UPVC materials under standard industrial conditions can reach 5-8 years. At the same time, the valve structure design adopts the True Union interface. During maintenance, the seals and ball cores can be directly replaced without disassembling the entire valve, thereby reducing maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
