Basic composition of pneumatic actuators
Leave a message
The types and structures of adjustment mechanisms for pneumatic actuators are roughly the same, mainly due to differences in the execution mechanisms. Therefore, in the introduction of pneumatic actuators, there are two parts: the actuator and the regulating valve. The pneumatic actuator consists of two parts: the actuator and the regulating valve (regulating mechanism). According to the size of the control signal, generate corresponding thrust to push the regulating valve to action. The regulating valve is the regulating part of the pneumatic actuator. Under the action of the actuator thrust, the regulating valve produces a certain displacement or angle, directly regulating the flow rate of the fluid.
1. The pneumatic device mainly consists of cylinders, pistons, gear shafts, end caps, seals, screws, etc; The complete pneumatic device should also include components such as opening indication, travel limit, solenoid valve, locator, pneumatic components, manual mechanism, signal feedback, etc.
2. The connection dimensions between pneumatic devices and valves should comply with the provisions of ISO5211 (bottom), GB/T12222, and GB/T12223.
3. A pneumatic device with a manual mechanism should be able to use its manual mechanism to open and close the pneumatic ball valve when the air supply is interrupted. When facing the handwheel, the handwheel or handle should rotate counterclockwise to open the valve and clockwise to close the valve.
4. When the end of the piston rod is threaded internally or externally, there should be a wrench opening suitable for standard wrenches.
5. The sealing ring of the piston should be easy to replace and maintain.
6. The stroke length of the pneumatic device with a buffer mechanism can refer to the provisions in Table 1.
7. Pneumatic devices with adjustable buffering mechanisms should have mechanisms for adjusting their buffering effect outside the cylinder body.
8. The thread size of the inlet and outlet of the cylinder should comply with the provisions of MANUR NORM (attachment standard) sypv, GB/T7306.1, GB/T7306.2, and GB/T7307.
