Troubleshooting of electric ball valve actuator indicator light

Electric ball valve actuator has simple installation and wiring, convenient energy access, fast signal transmission, long transmission distance, easy centralized control, high sensitivity, accuracy and electric adjustment instrument. However, the structure is complex, the average failure rate is higher than that of pneumatic actuators, the requirements for explosion protection are not high, and there is a lack of gas supply locations. Different fault lights will appear at work.

The actuator indicator light of the electric ball valve is malfunctioning.
Symptoms: When the electric actuator is powered on, it is found that the power indicator light does not light up, there is no feedback to the servo amplifier board, and the signal does not act.
Fault diagnosis and repair process: Since the power indicator light of the electric ball valve does not light up, first check that the fuse is open, check that the fuse is intact, and comprehensive fault phenomena, it can be inferred that the fault may occur in the power supply part waiting for the board to be placed, then check the power indicator light and find that the test multimeter is open, replace the light to eliminate the fault.
Conclusion: The power indicator light will cause the entire server to not work when the board is turned on.
Symptom: (Under debugging) When the electric ball valve actuator is energized, the signal can be turned on and off without taking action.
Fault diagnosis and repair process: Carefully check the feedback circuit and feedback signal to confirm that there is no fault. When the indicator light is turned on, it indicates normal opening. When it is turned off, the light does not light up. If there is a signal of some problems with the thyristor, first check the light off, use a multimeter to detect the signal, turn off the light when it is open, and troubleshoot it after replacing it.
