TUYA Wifi Motorized CPVC V Ball Valve is a V-type ball valve made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), equipped with an electric actuator and remotely controlled via WiFi. It is suitable for fluid transportation in intelligent automatic control systems.

• Remote intelligent control

TUYA Wifi Motorized CPVC V Ball Valve can remotely control valve opening, set timed tasks and automation rules through TUYA Smart App, and realize mobile phone or cloud control. The system supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network access, is compatible with iOS and Android platforms, and has OTA remote upgrade capabilities.

• 5VDC power supply structure

This product adopts 5VDC low-voltage power supply design, with a maximum power of no more than 3W, which is safe and low-energy. The low-voltage power supply is easy to drive directly through the USB port, lithium battery module or other micro power supply system, without the need for an additional step-down conversion module. This feature reduces installation complexity and improves system stability.

• Linear flow regulation

TUYA Wifi Motorized CPVC V Ball Valve adopts a V-shaped ball core design, and different angles of V-port (common angles are 30°, 45° or 60°) can achieve approximate linear flow control. The output flow of this structure is steadily increasing or equal percentage during the rotation from 0° to 90°, and the regulation accuracy is significantly better than that of traditional fully open and fully closed ball valves.

• Heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant

The valve body is made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), with a long-term working temperature of up to 90°C, and can withstand a variety of corrosive media such as dilute acid, dilute alkali, alcohol, and salt solution. Compared with ordinary PVC, the Vicat softening point of CPVC is increased to 110–115°C, ensuring the structural stability and sealing reliability of the valve body in medium and high temperature application scenarios.

● Add Your Valve Device: Ensure that your valve device is properly installed and connected to your home Wi-Fi network. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for specific setup details.

● In the Tuya Smart app, tap the "+" icon or "Add Device" option to add a new device.

● Follow the on-screen instructions to configure and pair your valve device with the app. Entering Wi-Fi network credentials, or using Bluetooth pairing,

● Control the Valve: Once this valve device is successfully added to the app, you should see it listed in your device list. Tap on the valve device to access its control options. Depending on the features of your specific valve, you may have controls to adjust the open angle, set schedules, and configure automation rules.Use the app's interface to adjust the open angle of the valve as needed. If you want to automate the valve's open angle based on specific conditions or schedules, you can create automation rules within the Tuya Smart app. These rules allow you to define when and how the valve should operate.
