Electric actuator component over torque protection mechanism

The deflection generated by the inner planetary gear during torque transmission moves the swing rod embedded in the outer ring of the gear. At both ends of the swing rod, a force measuring compression spring is installed as a sensing element for forward and reverse torque. When the output torque exceeds the set limit torque, the deflection of the inner gear causes the swing rod to trigger the force torch switch, cutting off the control circuit and stopping the motor. Adjusting the compression amount of the force torch to limit the ammunition can adjust the limit value of the force torch. This protection has a memory function, corresponding to the electrical equipment in the wiring diagram being torque switches LEF and LEO. After the protection action is activated and the mechanical torque fault is eliminated, the actuator will be powered off or the signal will be instantly reversed to resume normal operation (i.e. memory release).
(1) Travel control mechanism: composed of a cam group and a microswitch. The cam group is connected to the transmission shaft of the reducer through gear reduction assembly, and the travel of the actuator can be limited by adjusting the position of the cam plates acting on the forward and reverse microswitches (i.e., travel limit switches). The range of this electrical limit has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Generally, please do not adjust it casually to avoid damaging the mechanism.
(2) Position sensor: A high-precision and long-life conductive plastic potentiometer is used as the position sensing element, which is coaxial connected with the cam group. The integral proportional adjustment electric actuator position indication signal is used to send the resistance value of the potentiometer as it changes with the output shaft stroke into the comparison amplification circuit of the PM-2 control board, and it sends a 4-20mA DC current signal for indication.
