Structural principle of electric actuators

Taking the integrated proportional adjustment type of MD series electric actuators as an example.
The MD series electric actuator is a dish servo mechanism driven by an AC servo motor. The PM-2 control board of the matched position locator receives a 4-20mA DC control signal from the regulating system and compares it with the position feedback borrowed signal from the position transmitter. The signal deviation after comparison is amplified to ensure power level conduction, The motor rotates to drive the output part of the actuator to move in the direction of reducing this deviation (the position transmitter continuously converts the actual position of the output part into an electrical signal - the position interference feedback signal is sent to the position locator) until the deviation signal is less than the set value. At this point, the output of the actuator stabilizes at the position corresponding to the input signal.
