However, they come at a higher cost, and their operational efficiency in humid environments is not as high as it is in controlled indoor settings.

 

As these products see increasingly widespread adoption, attention has naturally turned to the proper procedures for their use. It is essential to verify that the valve is intact and fully functional before operation. Furthermore, all components and fasteners-such as screws-must be present and securely tightened, with no signs of looseness.

 

Furthermore, close attention should be paid to the wear on the sealing surfaces of electric valves, as well as the condition of the valve stems and their corresponding nuts. If the packing fails, it must be replaced promptly and effectively. Following maintenance and reassembly, sealing performance tests are essential to ensure the unit is in proper working order.

 

The storage and installation environment is also critical; electric valves should be kept in a well-ventilated, dry indoor setting. For valves in long-term storage, regular systematic inspections and testing are required. The storage area should be kept free of debris and dirt, and specialized anti-rust oil-commercially available for this purpose-should be applied to machined surfaces.

 

During the operation of electric valves, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to strike the valve or place objects on it. If any abnormalities or malfunctions are detected during operation, the unit must be shut down immediately, and professional maintenance personnel should be notified to inspect and address the issue. Adhering to these fundamental guidelines is essential for ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
