2. True Union Architecture for Fast In-Line Maintenance 
The flagship DN32 (1-1/4") model (Dimensions: 160×100×160 mm; Net Weight: 950g) utilizes a heavy-duty double true union design. Compatible with ANSI, DIN, JIS, and NPT/BSPT standards, technicians can disassemble and inspect the valve body directly on the pipeline without cutting pipes or shutting down the entire line.
3. Multi-Material Matrix & PN16 Pressure Rating 
To serve various chemical temperatures and aggressive media, the series is offered in:
◦ UPVC (Standard Industrial Grey): 0°C ~ 60°C, cost-effective general acid/alkali & water treatment piping.
◦ CPVC (Dark Grey): -10°C ~ 90°C, superior resistance to hot corrosive fluids and electroplating acids.
◦ PVDF (Ultra-Pure Ivory): -20°C ~ 120°C, chemically inert for semiconductor ultra-pure water (UPW) systems.
Each valve is fitted with reinforced PTFE seats and dual FKM/EPDM elastomeric O-rings, ensuring bi-directional zero-leakage under PN16 (16 Bar / 232 PSI) working conditions.
