Actuated Plastic 3 Way Ball Valve

Actuated Plastic 3 Way Ball Valve is an actuator-driven ball valve made of plastic material with a three-way flow channel structure. It is suitable for automated fluid control systems for corrosive or high-purity media.

• Multi-channel control capability

The Actuated Plastic 3 Way Ball Valve has an L-type or T-type flow channel structure, which can realize fluid distribution, confluence or direction switching in one valve body. Compared with the combination of multiple two-way valves, it reduces the number of pipelines and accessories required.

• Corrosion and high pressure resistance

The valve body is available in four materials: UPVC, CPVC, PPH, and PVDF, which can cover most chemical media, including acids and alkalis, industrial brine, weak organic solvents, etc. With EPDM or FKM sealing materials, it can operate stably for a long time at an operating temperature of -10°C to 135°C, and has a pressure resistance of PN10 to PN16, and can withstand a system pressure of 1.0 to 1.6 MPa.

• Fast response and various control forms

The valve supports pneumatic or electric actuator drive. The working air pressure range of the pneumatic actuator is 0.4~0.8 MPa, and the 90° switching time is usually no more than 5 seconds, which can achieve fast opening and closing actions, suitable for beat control and fast cutting scenarios; the electric drive supports continuous adjustment and status feedback. The actuator housing has an IP67 protection level and can operate stably for a long time in a humid and dusty environment.

• Multiple standard connection methods

The product provides a variety of connection methods such as slip-on, threaded, flanged, and butt-jointed, and is compatible with common international standards such as ANSI, DIN, and JIS, and is suitable for pipeline system requirements in different countries and regions. Supports BSPT and NPT threads for direct connection with standard pipe fittings. The valve body is a modular structure that allows for quick on-site disassembly and assembly and valve core replacement without the need to remove the valve as a whole.
