1. Product Overview

This product is an integrated electric valve control set. It consists of an electric ball valve, auxiliary solenoid valve, waterproof control box, dual wireless remote controllers and stainless steel mounting base. All wirings are pre-assembled. It supports wireless remote control of two independent valve circuits, with both local and remote operation options. Simple for installation. Widely used in agricultural water & fertilizer irrigation, liquid transfer, fluid control for light chemical industry, farm water supply, liquid pipeline of tank trucks and RVs, etc., to realize remote on/off control of pipeline fluid.

4. Working Principle

The system is divided into main valve circuit and auxiliary solenoid valve circuit:

Remote button 1 → Controls #1 electric 3-way ball valve, to turn on/off main pipeline or switch flow direction. The actuator is equipped with pressure gauge to monitor pipeline pressure in real time.

Remote button 2 → Controls #2 DC solenoid valve for auxiliary pipeline, pressure relief or chemical dosing branch.

Signal receiver is built inside waterproof control box. It receives wireless signal from remote controllers and drives two valves independently without mutual interference.

Remote A and Remote B have identical functions, multiple operators can operate at the same time.

5. Installation Steps

Fix Base Plate Mount the stainless steel plate on bracket or equipment frame, reserve enough space for pipeline connection.

Pipe Connection Connect pipes following the flow direction arrow marked on valve body. Tighten quick fittings and check sealing.

⚠️ Notes: Do NOT install against flow direction. Manually test valve rotation before power connection to ensure no stuck.

Power Wiring Open waterproof control box, connect DC12V power supply. Do NOT reverse positive and negative poles.

Remote Pairing (Factory Pre-paired, no need to re-pair normally) If re-pairing required: Press and hold pairing button on receiver module inside control box, press any button on remote controller. Indicator light flashes to confirm successful pairing.

Power-on Test Power on. Press button 1 and 2 on remote separately to check valve action. Verify pressure gauge reading.

6. Operation Guide

Remote Controller Operation

Remote A and Remote B operate identically:

Button【1】: Turn ON / OFF #1 electric 3-way ball valve (main valve)

Button【2】: Turn ON / OFF #2 solenoid valve (auxiliary valve)

Single press toggles valve status between ON and OFF.

Manual Emergency Operation

When power cut off, use the manual knob on blue electric actuator to rotate the main ball valve manually for maintenance.

8. Safety Precautions

Medium Restriction: Only for neutral liquid. Strong acid, alkali or solvent will corrode valve body. Prohibited.

Pressure Limit: Operating pressure shall not exceed valve rated pressure. Overpressure causes pipe burst and leakage.

Power Supply: Use specified DC power. Never connect to 220V AC directly, or control module will burn out.

Outdoor Use: Keep waterproof cover locked tightly. Seal cable outlet to prevent rainwater intrusion.

Maintenance: Cut off power and release pipeline pressure before pipe disassembly, to avoid liquid splashing.

Low Temperature Environment: Drain residual water inside pipeline in winter to prevent valve frost cracking.

 

 

9.Maintenance

Check pipe fittings regularly for leakage.

Clean impurities inside valve body quarterly to avoid spool stuck.

Drain all medium and cut off power for long time storage.

Keep remote controllers dry, do not immerse in liquid.
