Motorized PP 3 Way Ball Valve is a three-way ball valve device driven by an electric actuator and made of polypropylene (PP). It is suitable for automated fluid delivery systems for corrosive or neutral media.
Features
Three-way channel structure
The Motorized PP 3 Way Ball Valve adopts a standard T-shaped ball core structure, supports multiple fluid switching logics such as one in and two out, two in and one out, and realizes diversion, confluence or bypass control through a single valve. This structure greatly reduces the number of ball valves and connectors in the system, reduces the risk of leakage, and improves installation efficiency. It is suitable for systems where process fluids need to switch paths frequently.
Electric drive system
This product is equipped with an electric actuator that supports DC24V and AC220V inputs, with a rotation angle of 90°. The full opening and closing time only takes 7 seconds, and the response is stable. It is suitable for systems that require precise flow control and automation integration. The torque output matches the working requirements of small-caliber (3/8"-1") conditions to prevent overload and misalignment.
Chemical resistance
The valve body is made of high-purity PP (polypropylene) material, which can still maintain stable strength and reliable sealing in an environment of 0°C to 85°C. PP materials have long-term tolerance to most inorganic acids, alkalis and salt solutions, and are not prone to stress cracking, making them suitable for corrosive working conditions such as chemical transportation, sewage treatment and circulating fluids.
IP67 protection grade
The electric actuator of this product reaches IP67 grade, has complete dustproof and short-term water immersion protection performance, and can be directly installed outdoors or in humid, high-particle environments. This grade is achieved through housing sealing, wiring protection and internal insulation treatment, and is suitable for industrial automation systems that require all-weather operation.
