Electric Actuated PVC 3-Way Valve is a ball valve driven by an electric actuator, made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, and has a three-way structure. It is mainly used to control the switching of fluids between "T-type" or "L-type" channels and is suitable for automatic control systems of non-corrosive or moderately corrosive fluids.

Automatic drive

Electric Actuated Pvc 3‑way Valve provides multiple power supply options such as 220VAC/110VAC/24VAC and 24VDC/12VDC, and can choose switch type or regulating type drive mode. The motor can rotate 90°, and the standard completion time is 15 seconds or 30 seconds, which can smoothly achieve full opening, full closing or proportional adjustment action.

Three-way structure

This product has the function of a standard three-way ball valve, which can realize L-type or T-type flow path switching, and supports operations such as diversion, confluence or cutting. Under the PN16 pressure resistance level, it can stably control the flow distribution of multiple branches and reduce the number of pipes and valves.

Sealing structure

The valve body is made of UPVC material, which is suitable for neutral and weakly corrosive media environments. The seal is made of EPDM or FKM material, with an applicable working temperature range of 0°C to 55°C, and can withstand the system pressure of PN16, i.e. 1.6MPa, to ensure zero leakage and repeated switching performance.

Low maintenance frequency

The actuator housing reaches IP67 level, with dustproof and waterproof performance, suitable for long-term use in outdoor or humid environments. The modular structure makes the motor and ball valve components easy to disassemble and assemble, supporting rapid replacement or maintenance on site without disassembling the entire system.
