Electric Motorized Stainless Ball Valve

Electric Motorized Stainless Ball Valve is a ball valve device driven by an electric actuator and with a valve body made of stainless steel. It is suitable for fluid control systems with high requirements for pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and automation.

• Corrosion resistance

The Electric Motorized Stainless Ball Valve is made of 316 or 304 stainless steel, which can withstand a variety of acid, alkali and salt spray environments. According to ASTM standard testing, its corrosion resistance can reach more than 500 hours in the salt spray test.

• High strength

The valve body is made of high-strength stainless steel material, with good mechanical strength, pressure resistance up to PN40, and operating temperature range from -40℃ to 200℃. The valve has passed the ISO 5208 leakage test and has excellent sealing performance.

• Easy maintenance

The electric stainless steel ball valve has a smooth surface and is easy to clean and disinfect, meeting FDA and GMP hygiene standards. The material itself is resistant to high temperature and high pressure sterilization and can withstand sterilization processes up to 121℃.

• High sealing

The ball valve adopts a double sealing structure design. The sealing ring is made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant PTFE or FPM. The sealing pressure can reach more than 1.6MPa to prevent safety risks and environmental pollution caused by medium leakage.
